PRIVACY & RIGHTS AGREEMENT AT UAECRICKET.COM
UAEcricket.com is a service provided to you by Activ Productions. UAEcricket.com wishes to
safeguard your privacy online. Any personal information you submit, or e-mail addresses or
messages you send, to UAEcricket.com will be considered private and will not be redistributed
for any purpose outside of this Agreement. The Privacy and Rights Agreement for use of
UAEcricket.com.com are outlined in this Agreement.
PRIVACY AND YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
During Competitions or Sweepstakes, UAEcricket.com asks for your e-mail address.
This must be a true and operational e-mail account; otherwise UAEcricket.com maintains
the right to abolish your entry and any materials it contains. UAEcricket.com may share
its email database with its patner websites.
In addition to Competitions & Sweepstakes we may ask you for personal information at other times,
including (but not limited to) if you complete a survey, enter a contest or promotion sponsored
by UAEcricket.com and/or our partners; make a purchase using a UAEcricket.com affiliate; or
report a problem with our site or services. If you contact UAEcricket.com, we may keep a
record of that correspondence. UAEcricket.com will not disclose any of your personally
identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances,

You may be selected as a featured artist or contest winner; in any of these cases, your email

- THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED
BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND
- ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.
ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE UAECRICKET.COM
SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR
ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY
SUCH MATERIAL.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE UAECRICKET.COM

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT UAECRICKET.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA,
INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED
INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE;
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA;
STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR
ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

NOTICES TO YOU MAY BE MADE VIA E-MAIL. UAECRICKET.COM MAY ALSO PROVIDE NOTICES OF CHANGES TO
THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT OR OTHER MATTERS BY DISPLAYING NOTICES OR LINKS TO NOTICES
TO YOU GENERALLY ON UAECRICKET.COM.
