Prakash and Jitesh lead CTC to victory.

Superb knocks from Prakash and Jitesh won the day for CTC as the pair steam-rolled their way past the innocuous attack. Opener Jitesh hit a belligerent 77 while Prakash stroked his way to a superb unbeaten knock of 90.

Chasing 212 for victory, CTC limped to 8 for 1. But Prakash and Jitesh put on an entertaining stand of 144 for the 2nd wicket as their ruthless display of batting cruised their team to victory over Bombay Boys for the loss of four wickets. Shiv picked up two wickets while Nigel and Wahid took a wicket each.

Earlier,Wahid (48), Mobin (35), Nigel (45*) provided useful contributions for Bombay Boys to pile up a challenging 211 runs for 6 wickets in 25 overs. Hafiz and Rehan captured two wickets each for CTC.

GAC bundle out Lanka Cubs

In a low scoring match Gulf Agency wrapped up the match by dismissing Lanka Cubs for 105 runs. For GAC, Shantan provided a display of deadly bowling and ran through to the middle order to scalp a rich haul of five wickets from his hostile 6 overs while Jude claimed 3 wickets.

Batting first GAC were all out for a meagre 139 runs with Keshan (24) and Nirosh (30) doing bulk of the scoring.

For Lanka Cubs, Tarinda was the most successful bowler with 3 wickets.
