Zimbabwe end at 218 despite Cambell's ton
 |
|
Zimbabwe and India are looking for some Sharjah joy. |
BY : SYED WASEEM AFZAL.
Zimbabwean opener Alistair Campbell carried his bat to score a magnificient
105 but could not get the support from his team-mates as his side struggled to
a modest 218 for 9 against India at Sharjah.
Alistair Campbell's unbeaten 105 (6 fours and a six) was the cornerstone of the innings and
there were no other partnerships of substance as they lost wickets at regular intervals only to
end witha meagre 218.
The Indians would ultimately be satisfied with their performance in the field.
Detailed Match Report and complete Scorecard will be available after the end of the match.
