against UNB, regained their form to inflict a six-wicket win
over ACA C.C. in the New Medical Centre (NMC) trophy tournament
on Friday.

as they lost their two wickets. But K. Zafarullah (73) and

the boat.
With valuable contribution from Awad (36) and a late
flourish from Zakir Butt (44 n.o.), ACA finally compiled
281 for 9 in their allotted 50 overs. R Imtiaz and R Rajinder
claimed two wickets each.

Bowlers pave the way for Al Kabeer
A tight bowling display by Al Kabeer was the main feature
in their 82-run victory over Emirates Cricket Coaching Centre (ECCC).
Al Kabeer, batting first, scored 200, thanks mainly to a sparkling
knock of 47 by Ahsan Tufail.
Rashid (3/34), Asif Malik (3/50) and Muralidharan Singh (2/39)
were the successful bowlers.
ECCC were bowled out for 118 in 44.4 overs after man of
the match Aamir Rafiq (3/10) got together with Kamran Durani (2/12)
and Sajjad Butt (2/15) to have the ECCC batsmen struggling for runs.
Except Tauseef Ahmed (4R), none of the ECCC batsmen could withstand
the strong Al Kabeer bowling.
