Pakhtoon, Al Maghreb & Khayyam C.C in last 4

Two scintillating centuries, a 5-wicket haul and 4 half-centuries were the highlights of the Quarter final matches played in the Jinnah Cup in Al-Ain.

Scintillating centuries by Mushtaq (106) of Al Maghreb, Akbar (101*) of Khayyam C.C. and 4 vital half centuries by Khalid (88*) & Ahsfaque (81) of WED C.C., Zafarullah (84) of Pakhtoon C.C., Omer (79) of ISC Green and a 5-wicket haul by Yaser of Golden Star shared the limelight of the ongoing Jinnah Cup in Al-Ain.

In the Senior Division, Pakhtoon and Al Maghreb are the two semi finalists from Group 'A' while Khayyam C.C. has confirmed its semi final berth by virtue of their 9-wicket victory over mighty ISC Blue. The fourth semi finalist will be decided between WED CC and ISC Blue in Group 'B'

In the Junior Division, Golden Star C.C. stamped their authority over Tremix C.C., beating them by a comfortable margin of 69 runs. Golden Star owe their victory to Yaser, who ripped through the top batting order of the Tremix to return with impressive figures of 5 for 21.

In another match, United C.C. scrapped past Karnataka C.C. in the last over to emerge victorious by a narrow margin of 1 wicket. Saqlain (4 for 19) impressed for United C.C.
